Add a setting that default opens environments in "Maximise" window mode instead of minimized.

We have had numerous requests from our customers for this feature.
Allowing us to set environments that auto open in full screen mode removes distractions of the promotions and advertising bars on the right. It’s a cleaner and more professional look for those environments (like ours in education & business) that are not focused on games.
