Better Event Moderation Tools

As a event organiser I would like to be able to have fine grained access control over my space, and be able to delegate different levels of access to different user groups/roles.

Some examples

I would like to allow a user to move an object, but not delete it or upload content (for handling objects in VR)

I would like to allow a user to edit an object but not upload download

I would like to be able to allow a user to play/pause/stop/mute/unmute a video player on their own from any device. ATM This only works on PC (maybe on mobile but def not on VR).

I would like to be able on Video playback to specify if this device can be admin controlled (i.e synd playback) by anyone, just admins, or just owner.

I would like to be able to grant specific moderation powers to certain users (stage access, ability to mute others, ability to ban/boot) but not full admin powers or have everyone have these abilities. I can make a stage blocker myself but its still either admin or nothing

I would like to be able to toggle some users Microphone between Spatial Falloff Audio and Space Wide Audio, so that they can do annoucements/talk on stage

I would like multi-instance video playback/screenshare for the same reason (announcing in several instances at once, but also so we can screen to larger audiences)

I would like to be able to set Zones for Spatial comms audio, I.e in unity specify a zone where spatial audio does not extend

I would like to be able to set Audience Zones (mute on enter but can request unmute from host) and Stage Zones (megaphone on enter)

I would like Stage zones to make my avatar appear and be heard in all instances

I would like to be able to set distance fall off for a space or even part of a space in Unity build.

I would like to be able to enable teleport motion for VR users only when building in Unity (not for all)
