Default Spatial hotkey to toggle First & Third person camera modes

Information in the title!

Could use a Spatial hotkey that toggles the scene camera to go into first person mode and back into third person mode. Not everyone uses a mouse with a scroll wheel and as far as I’m aware, the camera distance can only be adjusted with the mouse wheel.
