Enhanced Teams Functionality

The current teams functionality is nice, but could use additional features/bug fixes. Including, but not limited to managing members of the team.

As a team creator/lead/some slightly important person:

• with permission, team members can manage team worlds, spaces, and items

• able to indicate which team members contributed to a space

• team members that contributed, have the team spaces displayed on their profile

• team-specific Spatial profile

• team members can be granted moderation permissions for all team spaces
