Upgrade button should be outside of space window

Why not have this big blue invasive button outside, where the Avatar Store and Spatial Coins are? It would made a lot more sense UI wise, since it would always be visible (even when only browsing the homepage), and wouldn't clutter and add unnecessary noise to your spaces.

It would only make sense to have it inside the space window if spaces were opened in full screen, and we couldn't see the remaining Web UI, b

ut that's not a thing, and even if it becomes an option, I doubt it will ever be the default way of opening spaces.

Additionally, the Avatar Store really could use an icon or better integration with the remaining UI on that top bar, it looks super out of place.
